Lightbulb [Concept] Chaos Bender

Wanted to create something original. Please discuss:

Chaos Bender

Support class that can bend the laws of physics [please don't argue that this is impossible, it's a game!]. Four lines of attributes are: Time, Space, Atomic, Chaos Theory. Time bending allows the caster to reverse or speed up the effects of time in a localized area. Space bending allows the caster to modify localized areas by either moving objects, folding space, blackholes, etc... Atomic bending allows the caster to work with electromagnetism, diffraction, nuking, etc... Chaos Theory allows the caster to boost or hinder their own skills at random. However, any boosts will greatly magnify the results.

Sample Skills:

Time
Examples of skills could be to revert an ally's health 5 seconds ago or something like that. Alternatively, it could revert a localized area's health to 5 seconds ago or into the future (if that's possible).

Space
Examples of skills could be folding of space, allowing allies or foes to move great distances in short time. Alternatively, could hex a player to re-arrange their movement keys so they don't move as they want. Gravitational fields could be created to cause foes and/or allys to stay in a particular position in space for x amount of seconds.

Atomic
Examples of skills could be your typical nuke skill. Otherwise, hex spells dealing with relativity concepts. For example, E = mc^2. Hex reduces the mass of an object which literally lowers a foe's energy (kind of like e-denial). Or Hex spell that reduces the speed of light.

Chaos
This would be a wild-card line. Points would boost or reduce power of skills, but when boosted, the effects are increased astronomically and when reduced would have the same effect. Lower points would result in high increased effect, low probability. Higher points, lower increased effect, but higher probability. Otherwise points could increase the randomness of skills. For example, if there's a space bending skill, it could randomly teleport foes or allys of random amounts.
